Refund policy

COR Collection accepts requests for returns or exchanges at no cost within 7 days of the date your item was delivered for US customers only. Returns or exchanges for out of country orders can be made at an additional cost for shipping. If you would like to exchange/return any item(s), please contact customer support via email at info@thecorcollection.com. Once your email request has been received, a member of our team will assist you with return instructions. Return must be received within 14 days after your email exchange or the refund will no longer be eligible.

All items must be returned with all original contents and in the original condition for a full refund or exchange to be processed. Only one refund or exchange is permitted per order for all items included. 

The Cor Collection Warranty 

The Cor Collection warranty strictly covers items with the following issues:

- defective or broken chains, clasps or pieces 

- tarnishing or fading on your items

- scratches or blemishes initially found on your items (claimed within 7 days of receiving your items).

To file a claim for a replacement under the warranty, please email info@thecorcollection.com and include your order number and photo of the item. Once reviewed, our team will either issue you a credit for the item to apply on your next order or send you a replacement for the same piece.  Limit of one replacement per customer at no additional cost.
